Consistently Strong Performance Magda van Leeuwen demonstrated a robust and consistent performance at the 2025 Run to Stay Warm 5K. Maintaining a steady pace with slight improvements is a commendable feat. She started with a pace of 6:35 min/mile for the first mile and gradually increased her pace to an impressive 6:20 min/mile by the third mile. Ending with an overall pace of 6:29 min/mile, Magda positioned herself 9th overall, 3rd in her gender category, and 2nd in the F25-29 division among a total of 706 participants. As a part of the Corporate Challenge 25 team representing PeaceHealth, Magda showed a commendable level of consistency and pacing strategy throughout the race. Focusing on maintaining or slightly increasing her pace in future races could potentially elevate her performance further. Continuing to refine pacing strategies, especially in the middle segments, would be beneficial in achieving even faster overall times.
