Consistent Performance with Impressive Improvement Josh Jordal delivered a strong performance at the 2025 Run to Stay Warm 5K, finishing with an overall time of 19:38 and an average pace of 6:20 min/mile. Starting at a 6:51 min/mile pace for the first split, Josh achieved consistent improvement, clocking 6:15 min/mile and 5:57 min/mile for the next two splits respectively. He demonstrated impressive pacing strategy, gaining placements throughout the race. In the competitive M20-24 division, Josh maintained a solid 2nd place throughout the event, while finishing 5th overall in his gender category and 6th overall out of 706 participants. Continuous improvement was the highlight of his race, resulting in upward movements from 13th to 7th place over the 3-mile mark. Maintaining or even increasing the pace achieved in the final mile will further enhance future results, aiming to secure the top spot in his division.
