Strong Finish with Outstanding Pace Improvement Lauren Wolfe delivered an impressive performance at the 2025 Run to Stay Warm 5K. Starting with a 7:24 min/mile pace and sitting in the 10th spot for her gender, she executed strategic pacing throughout the race. Lauren progressively accelerated, cutting her pace to 7:15 min/mile by the second mile, improving her overall standing to 25th place and 9th among females. Lauren's final mile was especially noteworthy; she captured the fastest split with a 6:48 min/mile pace. This surge vaulted her to 22nd place overall, impressively taking 6th place in the female category. Within her division, F15-19, Lauren finished a remarkable first, highlighting her ability to handle increasing intensity effectively.
