Strong Finish and Consistent Improvement Angie Thomas tackled the 2025 Visit Casper Marathon 10K with a strong performance, completing the 6.32-mile course in 59:23 with an elapsed pace of 9:23 min/mile. Angie showed significant stamina, advancing her pace from an initial 9:51 min/mile to a closing 9:24 min/mile. Notably, her most impressive split came between miles 3 and 4, with an 8:47 min/mile pace, which helped improve her overall position and showed her ability to accelerate mid-race. Her overall and gender placements remained consistent throughout, reflecting strong pacing. Angie maintained a solid position in her division, consistently placing 3rd among her peers in the F40-49 category. For future races, taking a closer look at sustaining the quick pace she achieved in miles 4-6 could further enhance her results.
