Steady Improvement with Strong Finish Jason Price, 41, from Bar Nunn, Wyoming, demonstrated notable progress during his race at the 2025 Visit Casper Marathon 10K event. Jason's pacing strategy showed improvement over the course with his split times steadily decreasing after an initial slower pace. Starting with a 10:43 min/mile in the first mile, he improved to a 9:29 min/mile by the final mile. His overall average pace was 10:23 min/mile, a significant gain in the latter stages of the race. Jason completed the 6.32-mile course in a total time of 1:05:38. He placed 22nd overall and 10th in his gender category. Impressively, he secured 2nd place in his M40-49 division. In future races, maintaining the momentum seen in the last few miles from the start could further enhance Jason’s overall time and placement.
