Consistent Performance with a Strong Finish Lauren Spector delivered a consistently strong performance in the 2025 Tenacious 10 in Seattle. By the second mile, her pace slightly increased to 6:34 min/mile, but she impressively kept her placement steady, consistently ranking 5th among females and 2nd in the F20-29 division for most of the race. An encouraging highlight was her performance in the ninth mile, where she improved her placement to 3rd among females and captured 1st in her division.
