Consistent Pacing and Strong Finish Patrick maintained an impressive average pace of 6:26 min/mile over the course of the 13.1-mile distance in the 2025 Seattle Marathon. His consistency was evident, especially with split times such as 6:25, 6:23, and his fastest mile at 6:14 near the end. Patrick showed strong pacing skills, maintaining a nearly steady pace throughout, which is commendable for a runner in the Male 30-39 division. Patrick's position improved throughout the race, moving from 22nd overall in the first split to finishing 17th by the end. Notable improvements in placement within his division were also observed, with his best rank being 5th at several points during the race. To further enhance his performance, one strategy might be to focus on maintaining the same pace in the later miles as in the earlier split where his pace slightly dropped.
