Consistent Pacing Secures Top Finish David Fuller, a 26-year-old from Portland, Oregon, demonstrated impressive consistency at the 2025 Savannah Southern Half Marathon. Setting off with a swift 5:26 mile, David managed to maintain an average pace of 5:37 min/mile over the 13.1-mile course, finishing with a commendable time of 1:13:40. Notably, he maintained a strong performance throughout, only slightly slowing during the fourth mile at 5:56. Across the event, he consistently held 3rd place overall, in his gender, and in his division. Taking into account the analyses of the splits, theres a good deal of uniformity in the paces across all segments. Holding a top-three position out of 2,879 participants attests to his strong endurance and racing strategy. To further enhance his finish time, focusing on maintaining the initial faster pace throughout the mid-segments of the race could be beneficial. Excellent work throughout, David!
