With an elapsed time of 5:12:13, he shaved over 36 minutes from his previous year’s time. His average pace improved from 26:06 to 23:22 min/mile. A significant climb from 47th to 33rd place in the O60-64 division reflects his strategic pacing and stamina. Analyzing splits reveals areas of strength and a few where pacing can be refined. He consistently gained spots after the initial start and maintained a strong position through "Barr Camp" at 7.91 miles, placing him 24th in his division. The challenge increased around "Bottomless Pit," with his pace slowing to 43:17 min/mile. Afterwards, he maintained a controlled pace, slightly improving at "1 Mile To Go."
