Consistent and Strong Finish with Improved Times Alicia Lindsay completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent in 4:40:06, shaving nearly 18 minutes off her previous year's time of 4:58:21. With an overall elapsed pace of 20:57 min/mile, Alicia showed notable improvement over her pace of 22:19 from the previous year. Her performance placed her 766th overall and 209th among female participants. Starting strong with a 9:57 min/mile pace at Ruxton, Alicia maintained a steady pace throughout, transitioning through challenging segments like Barr Camp to the finish at 14,061 feet. Her consistent improvement was visible, from starting at 236th place overall to finishing 766th, demonstrating resilience against the elevation gains. Her split times evidenced a tactical approach with a strategic push in the last few segments above the tree line. Continuing this trend and focusing on maintaining pace in the latter stages could enhance her result even more in future races.
