Consistent Performance at Pikes Peak Ascent Ryan Soderberg completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent with an elapsed time of 3:30:15, covering the 13.36-mile terrain at a pace of 15:44 min/mile. Starting strongly, Ryan significantly improved his position early, moving from 1379th place at the start to 231st at Ruxton. Consistent pacing allowed him to finish 7th in his division despite a slight slowdown in the latter half of the race, particularly after Barr Camp. His steady performance above 12,000 feet, concluding with a 22:13 min/mile at the finish line, highlights his endurance. When comparing Ryan's performance to his 2024 race, his overall pace decreased slightly. His 2024 finish of 3:21:32 and 15:05 min/mile pace provided a benchmark that was narrowly missed this year. However, his ability to maintain a top-10 division spot both years is commendable. Further fine-tuning at higher altitudes, particularly above A-Frame, could enhance future performance.
