Consistent Effort at High Altitude Nicholas Bennett completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent with a total elapsed time of 4:37:56. Covering a distance of 13.36 miles, Nicholas maintained an average pace of 20:48 minutes per mile. Starting strong, he positioned himself 681st overall and 392nd in the gender category at the beginning of the race. As he progressed through the course, Nicholas reached key split points like the Top of W's at 3.2 miles with a time of 48:54 and Barr Camp at 7.91 miles in 2:11:10. At higher elevations, Nicholas's pace understandably slowed, with the last mile from the 1 Mile To Go point to the Finish taking 32:36 and pacing at 31:03 minutes per mile.
