Trail Elevation Triumph: Steady Progression through Altitude Ryan Gimarc completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent half marathon with an elapsed time of 3:33:15, covering a distance of 13.36 miles with an average pace of 15:57 min/mile. Notably, Ryan moved up from 1244th at the start to finish 174th overall in a field of 2049 participants. His performance in the O30-34 division saw him improve from 109th to 30th place, reflecting a significant advancement through the ranks. Ryan demonstrated a consistent pace adjustment as he tackled various elevation challenges. Starting strong with a 3:34 split at 0.43 miles, his pace at Ruxton (8:18 min/mile) was notably swift.
