Consistent but Slower Climb in Tough Conditions Jim Reeves completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent with an elapsed time of 6:19:57, covering the 13.36-mile course at an average pace of 28:26 min/mile. Notably, he placed 60th in the O55-59 division, moving up five ranking spots compared to his division standing of 55th the previous year. The splits reveal a variable pace, with a significant slowdown as anticipated in the final challenging segment. His slowest pace was 46:03 min/mile between Barr Camp and Bottomless Pit, coinciding with increased difficulty after reaching higher altitudes.
