Consistent Split Progression Despite Elevation Challenge Amanda Atchison completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent in 4:18:29, covering a distance of 13.36 miles at an average pace of 19:20 min/mile. Starting strong, Amanda was ranked 418 overall at the start, swiftly advancing to 405 at Ruxton and maintaining a top-third rank in her division during the initial miles. Notably, her splits from Ruxton to Barr Camp remained steady, adhering to paces between 8:30 min/mile and 16:07 min/mile. In the final miles, Amanda persevered under intense altitude conditions and challenging gradients, slowing appropriately as elevation increased past the tree line.
