Consistent Strength in Ascent Splits Benjamin Jones completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent Half Marathon with an elapsed time of 4:49:10, showcasing determination across challenging terrain. Starting strong, his early splits at "Ruxton" and "Hydro Street" were promising, with paces of 9:37 and 11:48 per mile, respectively. He gained positions before reaching "No Name Creek," clocking a pace of 19:37. As the event progressed, the altitude increase was notable as Benjamin approached the 10.29-mile mark at "A-Frame," reaching an elevation of 11,933 feet and recording a split pace of 28:41. In the final challenging miles, Benjamin maintained resilience at high altitudes. His consistent splits, such as the 0.5-mile sector to the finish at 35:28 pace, remained competitive.
