Strong Finish Despite Elevation Challenge Laura Steinheber completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent Half Marathon with an impressive focus and endurance. Her total elapsed time was 5:12:01 over a distance of 13.36 miles, averaging a pace of 23:21 min/mile. Laura climbed from starting in 1534th place overall to finishing in 1091st, showing determination as she progressed through the challenging course. Notable was her steady climb in her division, moving from 76th to conclude at 46th in the F45-49 division, with significant gains as she maintained focus amidst increasing elevation. In the final treacherous miles above the tree line, Laura demonstrated remarkable resilience.
