Consistent Effort in the Pikes Peak Ascent Chanah Becker maintained a steady pace throughout the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent, completing the half marathon in 4:38:11 with an average pace of 20:49 min/mile. Starting strong, Chanah improved her standing from 1145th to 937th by the first split at Ruxton, covering 0.43 miles in 9:54 min/mile. By Barr Camp (mile 7.91), she held her ground at 899th place overall. Progressing through the high-altitude sections, Chanah completed the last challenging miles above the tree line efficiently. Notably, the split leading to the "1.5 Miles To Go" marker showed her strongest standing improvement, climbing to 405th place with a brisk split pace of 26:49 min/mile. In her age division, F30-34, she finished strong, improving from 58th at the start to 30th place by the finish. There is commendable consistency in maintaining pace amidst the steep inclines.
