Impressive Consistency with Key Improvements Bailey Hall completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent with a total elapsed time of 4:13:59, covering the 13.36-mile course with an average pace of 19:00 min/mile. Starting at 6,303 feet and climbing to 14,061 feet, she maintained a solid performance, placing 12th in her age division (F25-29) and 115th in the female category. Notable improvements in placement were made, from starting in 47th in her division and finishing in the top 12. Analysis of split times reveals Bailey started with strong paces through checkpoints like Hydro Street, early on, and maintained focus with significant steady pacing until the A-Frame. While there was increased time per mile in the final challenging stretches, it's commendable how she improved positioning in the most challenging segments, moving up notably in her division. Working on pacing strategies for uphill stretches could further enhance her performance, especially in final miles.
