Consistently strong within his division, O70-74, Philip earned 11th place. His performance demonstrated persistence, particularly in the most challenging segments above the tree line. His average pace was 29:56 minutes per mile. Noteworthy was Philip's gradual improvement in divisional ranking as he moved through the course, eventually reaching as high as 9th place at the "1.5 Miles To Go" marker before concluding with an 11th-place finish. The increasing elevation, particularly past the tree line, impacted his pace, notably at the final split, where it lengthened to 59:21 per mile.
