Consistent Finish Amidst Altitude Challenges Ada Fowler clocked a time of 5:58:17 in the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent, covering 13.36 miles with an average pace of 26:49 min/mile. Starting strong, Ada placed 108 overall and sixth in her division at the start. As the elevation increased, performance varied, such as the swift 4:35 split (10:41 min/mile pace) to Ruxton and the 20:33 min/mile pace by Top of W's. The steep climb saw the pace decline, particularly evident in the challenging "Bottomless Pit" to "A-Frame" segment, a 57:36 split over 1.52 miles at 37:54 min/mile. The final miles above the tree line were arduous, but Ada maintained a steady effort. The section from "2.5 Miles To Go" to finish was notably tough, with the pace increasing from 31:32 to 46:43 min/mile.
