Consistent Performance on Elevated Terrain Kristen Pfaff completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent Half Marathon with an elapsed time of 4:50:44, covering the 13.36-mile distance with an elapsed pace of 21:45 min/mile. Ranked 7th in her F55-59 age division and 251st among female participants, Kristen demonstrated notable endurance given the elevation change of nearly 8,000 feet. Starting at 6303 feet and reaching 14061 feet at the finish line, she steadily progressed through various course checkpoints, improving her position substantially from 1521st overall at the start to finishing 881st.
