Consistent Effort Across Demanding Terrain Neil Taylor, 44, from Emporia, KS, completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent with a total elapsed time of 4:40:24 over a distance of 13.36 miles. Starting strongly with a 10:26 pace to Ruxton, Neil maintained impressive consistency throughout the ascent despite the expected increase in difficulty as elevation rose.
