Strong Effort through High Altitudes Elyse Crimm completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent Half Marathon in 4:50:11, maintaining an average pace of 21:43 min/mile over the 13.36-mile course, reaching an elevation of 14,061 feet. Her performance placed her 47th in the F35-39 division out of 67. Starting strong with a 10:06 min/mile pace at Ruxton, she faced expected slowdowns due to increasing elevation, evident in the 31:43 min/mile pace near the finish. Despite the challenging altitude changes, Elyse improved her standing throughout the race, moving from 67th in her division at the start to 47th by the finish.
