Ryan was placed 906th out of 2049 participants overall, showcasing resilience in his performance on a trail that climbs from 6303 feet to 14061 feet. Despite experiencing expected fatigue and slowing at higher altitudes, Ryan improved his placement progressively. Starting at 132nd in his division at the beginning, he finished 108th.
