Notably, Randall made significant progress from the start, where he was in 1,344th place, moving up to finish 833rd overall out of 2049 participants. His strategic pacing resulted in improved rankings over time, showcasing his endurance and perseverance in the challenging high-altitude environment. Observing the splits, Randall accelerated impressively after reaching No Name Creek, with his fastest split pace occurring between Ruxton and Hydro Street at 12:56 min/mile.
