Steady Climb to the Finish Line Xavier Roll completed the 2025 Pikes Peak Ascent in 6:29:45, maintaining an elapsed pace of 29:10 min/mile over the 13.36-mile course. Starting strong, Xavier was initially in 353rd place within the F Gender category and 71st in the F35-39 division. Although dropping in position around No Name Creek at mile 4.48, Xavier's determination shone through, regaining standing in the top 101 of her division by the end. Key statistics highlight strategic performance: notable improvement came after Barr Camp at 7.91 miles with a split pace of 17:06 min/mile. While challenging splits occurred past the tree line, Xavier kept focused and resilient. The ascent to the finish saw an average split pace of 43:26 min/mile beyond the 1-mile mark to the summit at 14,061 feet. Working on pace consistency, especially in the final challenging miles, could enhance future performances. Good effort overall, Xavier!
