Consistent Speed and a Strong Finish Kenneth Achter, at age 39, demonstrated impressive pacing in the 2025 Ogden Marathon's 8 Mile event, particularly excelling within his division (M35-39) by securing 1st place in each split. He maintained a consistent pace, with his mile splits ranging from 6:36 to 7:45 min/mile, showing a strategic approach to maintaining his overall performance. His fastest split was mile 4, clocking in at 6:36 min/mile, indicating a strong mid-race acceleration. Kenneth finished with a total elapsed time of 56:42, maintaining an overall pace of 6:57 min/mile over 8.16 miles.
