Consistent Performance Leads to Division Win Nefi Falabella delivered an impressive performance at the 2025 Ogden Marathon 5K. Over the course of three miles, Nefi maintained a remarkably consistent pace, achieving splits of 6:17, 6:47, and 6:48 minutes per mile, respectively. The opening mile, completed in 6:17, showcased a strong start, positioning him 5th overall and maintaining a tight grouping throughout the race. Overall, Nefi finished the 5K with a time of 20:19, maintaining an overall pace of 6:33 min/mile. Among 655 participants, he secured 4th place overall, impressively clinching 1st in the M45-49 age division. This performance highlights his ability to maintain a consistent effort, ensuring an excellent standing both in the overall and division rankings. Continuing to refine pacing strategies could enhance future performance even further.
