Notably, he secured 1st place in the M25-29 division, solidifying his status as a top contender. Analyzing Michael’s mile splits, his time improved significantly from the first mile split of 8:03 to a swift 7:14 by mile four. Despite a slight slowdown in the final mile with an 8:30 pace, he maintained 1st place in his division throughout. While his performance was impressive, maintaining the mid-race paces across all splits could further enhance his results in future races.
