Consistently Strong from Start to Finish! Well, flap my wings and call me impressed! Eric Parker of Glenville showcased exceptional pacing throughout the 2025 Run Madtown Half Marathon, finishing with an overall time of 1:27:11. Maintaining an average pace of 6:39 min/mile, Eric demonstrated both consistency and endurance. His split times, largely hovering around the solid 6:38–6:40 min/mile range, are indicative of a steady rhythm, particularly in the crucial mid-section from miles 3 to 11. Notably, Eric's performance saw a commendable improvement in placement over the latter half of the race, rising to his highest division placement of 5th at mile 11. This demonstrates his ability to sustain efforts and possibly even push harder towards the end. For future races, a review of the first mile, clocked at a slightly slower 6:48 min/mile, could potentially enhance his start and overall race dynamics.
