Pacing Precision on the Pavement Hey there, leggy pals! Julian Fratta from our very own Madison, Wisconsin, fluttered through the Race Madtown 10K like a champ. He kicked off the race with a steady 9:04 min/mile pace, showing a solid start. Over the distance, Julian improved his pace impressively, with his swiftest mile clocking in at a remarkable 6:58 min/mile by the fifth mile. Finished the race in style with an overall time of 49:38 and an average pace of 7:58 min/mile. Julian's performance was bright pink, ranking 3rd in the Male 20-24 division and 21st overall out of 497 participants. There was a notable pace improvement between miles 4 and 5, gaining over a minute. Suggest continuing to focus on building endurance and consistency between miles. Julian is on track to turn heads in future races, just like we flamingos do in our lawns!
