Strong Performance in Combined Distance Event Jose Delacruz delivered a notable performance in the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach 5K & 10K Combo Challenge. Completing the 9.3-mile race with an elapsed time of 1:35:37 and an average pace of 10:16 per mile, Jose secured the 3rd place among males and 2nd in the M30-34 division. He finished 11th overall in a field of 42 participants, showcasing impressive consistency over the extended distance. Reflecting on previous races, there is a clear advancement from the Beachfront 5K earlier in 2025. Comparing the 5K pace of 15:13 min/mile to his current combo challenge, there is a significant improvement in pace when transitioning to longer races.
