Consistent Excellence and an Impressive Finish Anthony Gontarz delivered a stellar performance at the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach race with an elapsed time of 1:51:04 over 16.2 miles, maintaining an impressive pace of 6:51 min/mile. Remarkably, he secured 2nd place overall and 1st in his division (M40-44) out of 60 participants in the "5K & Half Marathon Combo Challenge." Compared to his previous 5K race performance with a pace of 6:20 min/mile, Anthony showed endurance improvement over a greater distance. Compared to his prior half marathon where he placed 7th in his division with a pace of 6:58 min/mile, he displayed enhanced pacing in the full course.
