Significant Improvement in Race Performance Susan Guffee, a 40-year-old runner from Simi Valley, CA, participated in the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach 5K & Half Marathon Combo Challenge, finishing with an impressive elapsed time of 3:16:24. Covering a combined total distance of 16.2 miles, she maintained a consistent pace of 12:07 minutes per mile. This performance earned her the 2nd spot in her age division (F40-44) and 22nd place among female participants, out of a total of 60 entrants. Compared to her previous races earlier this year, Susan showed significant improvement.
