Impressive Division Victory in Combo Challenge Gavin Boller delivered an outstanding performance in the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach 5K & Half Marathon Combo Challenge, securing first place in the M35-39 division. Clocking in at 2:19:09 for the 16.2-mile distance, Gavin maintained an impressive pace of 8:35 min/mile. Among 60 participants, he achieved a commendable 9th place overall and 8th in the male category. His strategic pacing allowed him to optimize endurance over the challenging course. When compared to his previous races, Gavin sustained a strong performance. Notably, his half marathon segment time from a past event on the same course was 1:52:03, at an 8:33 min/mile pace, which shows consistency. His 5K time from the 2025 Beachfront 5K was 27:06, an 8:44 min/mile pace. This consistency is a testament to his training regimen.
