Impressive Dual Achievement at Mountains 2 Beach Challenge Melissa Conroy successfully completed the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach 5K & Half Marathon Combo Challenge with an elapsed time of 2:20:21 for a total distance of 16.2 miles. She maintained a consistent pace of 8:39 minutes per mile, securing 10th place overall and an impressive 2nd place in both her gender category and division F30-34. Comparing Melissa's performance to her previous races earlier this year, her pace improved from an 8:44 min/mile during the half marathon at the same event.
