Evan Achieves Impressive Division Finish Evan Tambini competed in the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach event, tackling the 5K & Half Marathon Combo Challenge. Her final time was 2:36:12 over a total distance of 16.2 miles, and she averaged a pace of 9:38 minutes per mile. Among the total 60 participants, Evan secured the 20th place overall and took an impressive 9th place in the female category. Most notably, she achieved a strong 4th place finish in her age division of F30-34. Compared to her participation in the previous Half Marathon of the same race with a pace of 9:29 min/mile, Evan maintained a consistent pace with minor pace variation. This indicates effective endurance management in the combined event format. Additionally, her progress is remarkable when considering her previous 5K performance where she completed with a 10:18 pace. Increasing her consistency in maintaining or slightly improving her pace across extended distances could be beneficial for even stronger performances.
