Consistent Performance with Age Group Victory Veronica Frieling delivered an impressive performance at the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach 5K & Marathon Combo Challenge. Her overall elapsed time was 4:05:01 over a distance of 29.3 miles, resulting in an average pace of 8:21 min/mile. Veronica achieved a remarkable 12th place overall and secured 4th place among female participants. Particularly noteworthy is her first-place finish in the F40-44 age division, exhibiting strategic pacing and conditioning. Compared to previous races, Veronica maintained a remarkably consistent pace. In the 2025 Marathon, she ran an 8:28 min/mile pace, showcasing improvement in this recent combo event.
