Outstanding Division Win at Mountains 2 Beach Combo Jason Trigleth, 36, from Exeter, CA, demonstrated exceptional performance in the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach event. Competing in the 5K & Marathon Combo Challenge, he covered a total distance of 29.3 miles in an elapsed time of 4:46:58. His pace was consistently strong at 9:47 minutes per mile. Notably, Jason secured the top spot in his division, M35-39, showcasing his remarkable improvement and competitiveness. Out of 62 participants, his overall placement was 20th, and he finished 14th among the male competitors. In comparison to his previous marathon performance at the same event, Jason improved his pace slightly from 9:49 to 9:47 min/mile, indicating progress in his running efficiency over longer distances. Given his division win, encouraging him to maintain this trajectory and focus on pacing strategy could be beneficial for future races.
