Consistent Pace Improvement for Steady Finish in Half Marathon Diana Bronakowska delivered a consistent performance at the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Half Marathon. Her overall time was 2:16:33, averaging a 10:25 min/mile pace. Particularly notable was her ability to improve her pace progressively. Starting with a 10:51 min/mile pace for the first mile, she accelerated throughout the race, hitting a strong 10:08 min/mile pace by mile 10. This stable pace was instrumental in maintaining a steady finish, placing her 85th in her division (F30-34) and 451st among female participants. Diana showed consistent pacing with notable improvements, especially between miles three and five. In these segments, she improved to 10:09 min/mile and then consistently maintained around a 10:20 min/mile pace. Her performance was commendable, especially in the context of finishing 899th out of 1697 overall participants. Continuing to refine pacing strategy in the later miles could further enhance her race times. Overall, a promising display of endurance and race strategy.
