Consistent Pace with a Strong Finish Craig Mayo from Sherman Oaks, CA, completed the 2025 Vacation Races | Joshua Tree Half Marathon with a final time of 3:21:35. His average pace was 15:23 min/mile. Craig significantly improved his pace after the first mile, starting with a split of 15:52 for the first mile but managing to push his pace to 14:27 by mile four. Craig's overall rank was 940 out of 1330 runners. Notably, he maintained a steady rhythm throughout the race, particularly effective in staying consistent in his division, finishing 17th in the M55-59 category. In the second half, the pacing remained mostly consistent with a slight increase noted in mile 11 at 17:23.
