  • REVEL Race Series - Partnership Manager

    Brooksee is a fast-growing endurance event company committed to elevating the event experience for endurance athletes. We currently operate the Portland Marathon, the Phoenix Marathon, the Las Vegas Marathon, the Mesa Marathon, and the REVEL Race Series.

    The REVEL Race Series Partnership Manager will play a key role in managing vendor and sponsor relationships for REVEL Races. This position will be responsible for hitting partnership revenue goals, overseeing the full sales process for sponsorship sales, managing sponsorship deliverables, and planning and executing pre-race Expos. This position requires strong collaboration with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams, as well as managing venue logistics and adhering to strict deadlines. The ideal candidate is organized, goal-oriented, proactive, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic, event-focused environment.

    Potential candidates should have a passion for endurance events and strong business acumen. Prior sales and/or event experience is required. This is a full-time position for in-house employment at our offices in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Applicants should email their resume to aubrey@brooksee.com.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the REVEL Race Series sponsorship sales cycle (outreach, negotiation, returning partners)
    • Manage all REVEL Race Series sponsorship execution
    • Manage all REVEL Race Series vendor communications and relationships
    • Secure and coordinate expo venues, including contracts and logistics
    • Oversee venue requirements such as electricity, catering, security, permits, and compliance with rules/regulations
    • Monitor and meet all project deadlines
    • Regularly update website content related to vendors and sponsors
    • Lead expo set-up execution and onsite event management at REVEL events
    • Oversee vendor management during race weekend, including load-in/load-out coordination
    • Support sponsorship fulfillment and activations as requested at non-REVEL races
    • Provide support for VIK partnerships as directed
    • Coordinate finish line and on-course amenities as directed
    • Manage team tent logistics and placements

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in partnership coordination, event planning, or vendor management
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Knowledge of event logistics (permits, security, catering, etc.) preferred
    • Proficiency with project management tools and basic website updates
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including all Brooksee event weekends
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and in a team environment

    Compensation

    • $50,000 + Commissions
