Consistent Pace with Strong Finish Lavanya maintained a steady pace throughout the 10K race, finishing with an elapsed time of 1:35:36 and an average pace of 15:25 minutes per mile. Her splits show a consistent start with 15:01 and 15:12 in the first two miles. Lavanya managed to improve her pace at mile 5, clocking her fastest split at 14:32, which is commendable. She placed 103rd in the F40-44 division out of 2010 total participants. Compared to her previous half marathon performance last year, where she paced at 12:40, Lavanya demonstrated solid endurance over the shorter distance. To enhance her future races, focusing on maintaining momentum during the middle miles might help reduce overall time and improve consistency across splits.
