Consistent Start, Room for Steady Improvement Aspen Rivera of Houston, TX participated in the 2025 UTHealth Houston Half Marathon & 10K, maintaining a steady performance throughout the 10K race. Her average pace gradually slowed, resulting in a final time of 1:00:27 and a 9:45 min/mile overall pace, placing 29th in her F25-29 division. Comparing her performance to the previous year's race in 2024, Aspen showed a slight decrease in pace, with a 9:37 min/mile previously but a consistent improvement in overall placement among a larger field.
