Consistent Effort with Strong Finish Tiffany maintained a steady pace throughout the 10K at the UTHealth Houston Half Marathon & 10K. Her pacing remained consistent with splits ranging between 13:41 min/mile and 14:46 min/mile. A key highlight was her fifth mile, clocking in at 13:05 min/mile, which was her fastest split, showing a strong surge and competitive spirit. Finishing with an overall time of 1:27:16, she achieved an average pace of 14:04 min/mile across the 6.2-mile course. Statistically, Tiffany finished 1314th overall out of 2010 participants, placing 743rd among women and 143rd in her division for F30-34. Her ability to recover from slower splits and accelerate mid-race indicates potential for strategic pacing. For future races, focusing on consistency throughout each mile and balancing her pacing strategy could lead to even stronger results.
