Consistent Performance with Strategic Gains Christine Ocampo from Sugar Land, TX participated in the 2025 UTHealth Houston Half Marathon & 10K covering a total distance of 6.2 miles. Christine maintained an average pace of 18:56 min/mile, finishing in a time of 1:57:27. She showed consistency in her overall performance, with her pacing showing minimal fluctuation. The most notable segments were at miles 1 and 5, where her pace was impressive at 18:34 min/mile and 18:35 min/mile, respectively. Christine placed 119th in her division (F40-44) and 985th among all female participants, demonstrating a competitive edge in a diverse field of 2010 participants. Although there was a slight increase in elapsed pace in the middle of the race, Christine made strategic gains towards the latter part, especially in the final mile with a split pace of 18:48 min/mile.
