Such splits indicate his capacity for accelerated speed in the race's latter part. Throughout the race, Ricardo improved his standing among participants. He advanced from 3,441st place to finish 3,130th overall out of 4,907 participants, climbing 311 positions. Among his division, M30-34, he moved from 408th to 404th, demonstrating the ability to gradually gain on competitors.
