Consistent Mid-Race Surge Highlights Performance Rhonda Manuel maintained a steady pace throughout the 10K race with an overall pace of 17:02 min/mile. Her fastest mile split was the fifth mile at 15:34 min/mile, showcasing a significant improvement from the earlier miles. She ended up with an elapsed time of 1:45:39, placing 48th in her division and 925th among females out of 2010 participants. Her initial position at the end of the first mile was 47th in her age group. Notably, Rhonda encountered her slowest mile split between miles one and two at 18:25 min/mile. Improving this segment next time could further enhance her overall performance. Her split times fluctuated slightly; however, the mid-race mile five shows potential for a stronger finish.
