Improved Consistency and Strong Finish Catherine Thompson demonstrated a consistent performance at the 2025 UTHealth Houston Half Marathon & 10K. Notable consistency in pacing was observed particularly in the second half, with splits ranging from 13:42 to 13:46 min/mile. This steady improvement helped her finish 13th in her division (F65-69), as well as 724th in her gender category out of an impressive field of participants. Catherine maintained a positive momentum throughout the race. After a slight drop in pace during mile two, she quickly recovered, showcasing effective pacing strategy.
